Initial Contact
Reach out via our contact page. Tell us about your goals, training background, and what you're looking to achieve. We'll respond within 24 hours to schedule your consultation.
Consultation
We'll have a detailed conversation about your objectives, any limitations or concerns, and what success looks like for you. This helps us recommend the most appropriate service.
Assessment
For most services, we conduct a movement assessment to establish your baseline and identify areas that need attention. This gives us the information needed to design your programme.
Programme Launch
We design your training programme and begin coaching. You'll receive clear instructions, demonstrations, and explanations for everything you're doing.
Regular Reviews
We continuously monitor your progress, adjust programming based on your response, and ensure you're moving towards your goals efficiently.
Service Questions
This depends on your goals, experience level, and circumstances. One-to-one coaching offers the most personalised attention and is ideal for beginners or those with specific needs. Remote coaching works well for experienced athletes who have facility access. During your initial consultation, we'll discuss your situation and recommend the best fit.
No long-term contracts are required. Monthly services are billed month-to-month, and one-to-one sessions can be booked individually or in packages. We believe you should stay because you're getting results, not because you're locked into a contract.
Absolutely. Your needs may change over time, and we can adjust your service level accordingly. Many clients start with one-to-one coaching and transition to remote coaching as they gain experience and confidence.
Life happens. We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations, and we'll reschedule your session. For monthly programmes, unused sessions can typically be made up within the same month.
